Catherine is a shameless child of the ’80s who discovered her passion for movies when she was 12 and has never looked back. As the daughter of an American diplomat, she spent the first 18 years of her life as an international nomad, but when it came time to choose a college and set down roots, there was no other option than Los Angeles, a true industry town where movies touch and flavor everything. She wouldn’t be anywhere else.
Catherine has been reviewing, interviewing artists and writing about film and television for over thirty years, and her work has been seen in the Glendale News-Press, Magill’s Cinema Annual, Variety, WeLiveEntertainment.com and AwardsWatch.com. However, it is her personal site, CathsFilmForum.com, where she started, more than 30 years ago, that continues to provide the space for her to exercise her love of TV and film, in all its forms.
Catherine is a member of GALECA, OAFFC and a Rotten Tomatoes-approved critic.
