Ema Sasic is an entertainment journalist for The Desert Sun located in Palm Springs. There, she writes about the latest films and shows set in the desert, covers the annual Palm Springs International ShortFest and Film Festival and interviews creatives about their projects. She is also a film critic and contributor for Next Best Picture, where she has covered a number of film festivals, such as Cannes, Sundance, SXSW and AFI, and frequently shares her thoughts on new releases. She has also written pieces for AwardsWatch, Mama’s Geeky and Oscars Central.
