Katie is a British-born Chinese film writer with a fondness for martial arts films, jukebox soundtracks and kick-ass heroines in film. She currently writes for Den of Geek and Flickfeast, for which she is also the Festivals editor. Katie has also attended the BFI London Film Festival and Sundance London in the past.
One of Katie’s missions is to raise awareness about Asian representation in not only mainstream media, but also film criticism, showing that diversity is the way forward in the entertainment industry.
Katie serves on the OAFFC Membership Committee.
