Mary Beth McAndrews is the editor-in-chief of Dread Central and has been writing about horror as a freelance writer since 2017. She graduated with her Master’s in Film Studies from the University of Chicago where she wrote her thesis on women-directed rape-revenge films. She’s the author of an upcoming book about “Paranormal Activity” and has a chapter from House of Leaves Publishing. Her feature film debut “Bystanders” is coming soon.
