In 2009, Hannah and a couple of gal pals created Chickflix.net to offer fun, informative, easy to digest movie reviews from uniquely female perspectives. Thus was born her alter-ego “Mainstream Chick.”
Hannah shies away from picking a favorite genre or rating films since she sincerely believes that any movie that makes you think, laugh, cry or cringe – or simply suits your mood at any given moment – has some inherent value. It all boils down to good characters, good acting, and a good story – or at least one of the above.
Hannah can be heard defending her cinematic perspective on a weekly basis as co-host of the movie review podcast, “The Cinema Clash with Charlie and Hannah” that airs on RadioStPete.com and is also available on iTunes! And of course, she does other stuff – usually in the content and communications field – to actually pay the bills.
